Job description

  • Process 2D, 3D, and 4D seismic datasets using industry-standard software.
  • Perform seismic data quality control (QC) throughout the processing workflow.
  • Apply signal enhancement, noise attenuation, filtering, and migration techniques.
  • Handle seismic acquisition data and maintain processing databases.
  • Conduct velocity analysis and statics corrections.
  • Generate seismic images and volumes for interpretation purposes.
  • Collaborate with geophysicists, geologists, and survey teams on project requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, processing reports, and client deliverables.
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Support offshore and onshore seismic surveys when required.
  • Develop and improve processing workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company, client, and industry standards.

    • Essential and mandatory requirements

    Bachelor\'s Degree in:

    Geophysics
    Geology
    Earth Sciences
    Geosciences
    Physics
    Geomatics
    Petroleum Engineering
    Applied Mathematics
    5-10 years of seismic processing experience.
    Experience working on offshore or onshore seismic exploration projects.
    Knowledge of seismic acquisition systems and processing workflows.
    Experience with marine, land, transition zone, or OBN (Ocean Bottom Node) data processing.
    Familiarity with oil & gas, renewable energy, or geotechnical investigations.
